We have been working tirelessly for the last year to bring a completely new Biolayne.com experience. The new site will be launching this Wednesday June 1st, 2022.
In order to launch the new website, Biolayne.com will be suspending service for 4-8 hours this Wednesday at 8:30 am ET to migrate our users to the new system. We’ll keep you updated with a banner fixed to the top of the website.
If you are currently using a workout program from the workout builder we recommend you download PDF for the workouts this Friday so that you can have access to it while the site is undergoing the transformation.
Biolayne Subscription Changes
We are including an exciting new product REPS. With the launch, our existing subscription offering will change. The current Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond memberships will be switched to the associated new subscription plan from the table below. All existing subscriptions will be grandfathered in at their current prices. If you cancel and want to sign up again you will need to choose from the new subscriptions.

The new Workout Builder
Our flagship feature has been completely overhauled with a shiny new interface. These big changes allow us to create a wider variety of programs on a regular basis. Here are a few of the new features:
Improved progress tracking
Tracking individual sets, keep notes, and record personal records

Warmup weight calculator
A new feature that helps calculate how many sets and the weight you should perform

Intensity techniques
We have added an intuitive way to perform our more advanced training techniques (myo-reps, amrap, 21s, etc). We have also filmed tutorials on how to perform many of these techniques that can be viewed right from the interface.

Introducing REPS (Research Explained in Practical Summaries)

Each month REPS will examine 5 studies in nutrition/exercise and break them down into what you need to know:
- What did the researchers test?
- What did they find?
- What does it mean for you?
We will also critically evaluate the study design as well as the researcher’s interpretation of the results and tell you if we agree or disagree
All of this is done in a way that’s easy for anyone to read and understand. Finally, you can get access to the latest research findings without needing a nutrition/exercise degree to understand it!
