To bring in the new year with a bang, we’ve created several new workout builder programs, each being 6 weeks in duration, gym based programs with options suitable for beginners through to advanced athletes. For those of you with busy schedules and have limited time to train, check out our latest Express programs that will have you in and out of the gym in just 45 minutes. Moreover, there is something new for everyone! With several programs written by Holly specifically targeted to females, the males will be challenged with a new hybrid strength and hypertrophy program, called Laynes Four-Day Build.

Ready to transform your physique to one that rivals a bikini pro? Join Holly on her quest to building the ultimate bikini body! This program targets all the key muscle groups to build a body like a bikini pro, including glutes, hamstrings and shoulders! It’s a notable drop in training volume which is intended to help Holly decrease the size of her more dominant muscle groups (back and quads). Let’s go girls!
This is a well rounded hybrid training program that encompasses both strength and hypertrophy rep ranges with a push / pull upper body split, along with 2 lower body days including quads hamstrings, glutes and calves. The program is recommended for an intermediate to advanced lifter with a limited gym time of 90 mins.
Short on time? This 4 day training program is one of Holly’s recent training programs, only condensed to 45 minutes. This program focuses on the lower body, specifically the glutes and includes a well rounded upper body session. With slightly less volume, you’ll be in and out of the gym in 45 mins while still focusing on the muscle groups that matter most.
This 4 day training program is one of Holly’s recent training programs which has a continued focus on the lower body, specifically the glutes. It includes one heavy hitting upper body session with a total of 9 upper body movements. Holly recommends taking a rest day between Session 1 and 2 to allow for adequate lower body recovery time.
