Kyndra McKenzie received her Bachelor’s in Nutrition and Wellness from the University of New Hampshire. After earning her degree, she completed her dietetic internship and passed the exam to become a Registered Dietitian. Kyndra also holds a Master’s in Nutrition and Health Promotion, and a graduate certificate in Sports Nutrition from Simmons University.
As a Registered Dietitian, Kyndra has provided nutrition services to a variety of different individuals in settings such as an acute care hospital, and a health & sports center. Additionally, she received further specialization in eating disorders/disordered eating while working in two different treatment centers. Kyndra has experience with both PHP (partial hospitalization) and IOP (intensive outpatient) adolescent and adult clients. She has even helped to launch a new PHP program at one of the centers!
Kyndra works with individuals with eating disorders/disordered eating to help guide them through their journey. Her goal when working with individuals is to provide support and help them build a better relationship with food and their bodies. She believes in promoting overall well-being to achieve a balanced lifestyle.
