Paul Campbell graduated with his Master’s Degree in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Wisconsin- Stevens Point in 2012. Paul has co-authored studies outlining the effectiveness of chronic disease prevention through lifestyle modification and believes that evidence-based interventions are the key to sustainable behavior change. Paul has been a competitive, drug free bodybuilder for the past 15 years, earning his professional status in 2018. Paul is also an avid hunter, mountain biker, alpine skier and backpacker who understands the importance of resistance training and proper nutrition.
