So for thanksgiving, Holly and I flew out to see my parents with my kids. It was an eventful and at times hectic week. We still managed to get to the gym and train. It’s very important to stay consistent especially during the holidays. Staying consistent allows us to still enjoy the holidays and not worry about working twice as hard come January.
