Honey Oatmeal Protein Cookies

Honey + oatmeal may be one of the best tasting, soul-warming flavor combos ever. Add those flavors into a cookie, and you’ve got a perfect snack or breakfast, if you’re feeling like a rebel.

(recipe yields 10 cookies)

Ingredients

  • 45g light butter
  • 60g minute oats
  • 70g vanilla whey
  • 15g molasses
  • 30g honey
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

 

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Melt butter in microwave and stir in molasses, honey, and vanilla extract.
  3. Let mixture reach room temperature, then add the rest of the ingredients and mix together until cookie dough consistency is reached.
  4. Place 10 cookies onto baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes and enjoy!
