Cool down in the summer heat with this tasty, frozen, high-protein treat! Get creative with this recipe by adding whatever fruit you like, or if your macros allow–chocolate chips, syrups, candy–the possibilities are endless!
Macros (per bar)
(recipe yields 6 bars)
- 227g nonfat greek yogurt
- 70g thawed light whipped topping
- splenda/stevia to taste
- 20g fruit of choice
- In a large mixing bowl, combine nonfat greek yogurt, thawed light whipped topping, and splenda/stevia to taste.
- Layer greek yogurt/whipped toping mixture with 20g fruit to fill 6 popsicle molds.
- Freeze for at least 3 hours and enjoy!
Note: When taking popiscles out of molds, running warm water over the outside of the molds helps to loosen the popsicles.
