As both an athlete and a coach, Gab understands firsthand how essential it is to feel your best in order to perform your best, both inside and outside the gym.
A 12-time marathoner, 3-time ultramarathoner, 4-time HYROX competitor, and dedicated CrossFit athlete, she brings real-world experience in fueling for performance and thriving under pressure. Gab loves translating that knowledge into practical, individualized strategies to help her clients flourish. With a major emphasis on mindset and behavior change, Gab helps her clients get to the root of their habits, beliefs, and roadblocks, so their results aren’t just short-term, but sustainable. By approaching with an open mind and collaborative spirit, she builds coaching relationships rooted in trust, empathy, and high standards – meeting each client where they are and helping them rise.
After coaching over 300 individuals toward their body composition, performance, and mindset goals, Gab is confident in her ability to guide anyone willing to show up and put in the work.
