Thomas brings over seven years of experience in fitness coaching and nutrition counseling, focusing on helping individuals transform their bodies and optimize their performance. Having worked with U.S. Army soldiers for over seven years, Thomas has guided a diverse clientele—from high school athletes to older adults—through effective nutrition plans and personalized training programs.

He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Health and Fitness Promotion from SUNY Canton in 2014, where his passion for health and fitness began. During his time there, he honed his strength and conditioning skills while interning with the men’s and women’s hockey teams at Clarkson University. Thomas later completed a Master’s degree in Exercise Science with a specialization in corrective exercise at Concordia University, gaining advanced knowledge in injury prevention and biomechanics.

Currently pursuing a Dietetics degree at Kansas State University to become a Registered Dietitian, Thomas is committed to integrating nutrition science with fitness coaching to deliver optimal results for his clients.

At Biolayne, Thomas specializes in body recomposition, muscle building, fat loss, lifestyle and behavioral changes, and sustainability. His expertise also extends to improving performance both in and out of the weight room, allowing him to tailor his approach to the unique goals of each client. Whether you’re aiming for enhanced athletic performance, physical transformation, or long-term wellness, Thomas’s balanced approach to nutrition and fitness will help you achieve your objectives with precision and purpose.
