Featured: Mark Bell’s Slingshot Hip Circle

Place the hip circle or a resistance band around the knees. Activate your glutes, hamstrings, hip flexors and quads by walking sideways forwards and backwards. When walking sideways being sure to include a set leading with the right leg, and then a set leading with the left leg. When walking forwards and backwards, be sure to drive through your heels while keeping the knees locked.
