In my third training log, I work up to 385 lbs on the squat and deadlift for two singles and then back off for some accessory work. The weights felt very heavy today but I can’t get discouraged. All I can think about is hitting my training numbers today, tomorrow, and next week. BRICK BY BRICK, I’m coming back.
