Dr. Hayden Pritchard holds a PhD from the Auckland University of Technology (AUT), his thesis was titled "Tapering Strategies to Enhance Maximal Strength". He has published numerous research articles in international journals, presented at the Australian Strength and Conditioning Associations International Conference, and worked as an academic for around eight years.
As an athlete, he has competed at two IPF Classic Powerlifting World Championships in the 93kg class. Breaking Oceania Records, at the time, in the Squat and Total. After a few years away from Powerlifting, his training is now focused on working towards a lifetime goal of a 300kg Deadlift.
Having recently become a father, Hayden has a passion for helping other Dads become stronger versions of themselves as fathers, people, and in their athletic pursuits. To help achieve this, he hosts the Stronger Dads Collective Podcast.
