It is with great sadness I withdraw from the IPF world Championships. My hip and neck injuries have proved too much to overcome. I have utilized every treatment I could find
- 2 cortisone shots
- high dose anti-inflammatories
- ART
- Massage
- Traction (even bought a home traction device)
- Electrical stimulation (even bought a home electrical stim unit)
- PT Rehab
- Constant stretching
- Time off training
Nothing has made a big difference. There is no timetable for my return other than to get healthy and move on from there. I want to thank everyone who has supported me thus far.
