In a recent @joerogan podcast, @marksisson made several claims regarding metabolic flexibility. In this video I discuss what metabolic flexibility ACTUALLY means and how you can improve it. HINT… it ain’t keto. In fact, a low carbohydrate diet makes you LESS metabolically flexible (in the short term anyway).
