Hey guys, so this deadlift session was more demanding than I was anticipating. I added band resistance to overload the top of the movement. Making it more difficult with each rep. I wasn’t really feeling it in the beginning. The good news is I have no back pain, it just took a while to get into it. Regardless, we were able to hit a new PR and finish the workout in this brutal Florida heat.
