Garage Gains – Deadlifts and Squats

Working my weight up again after a not so fun week of stomach bugs and back pain. It’s been challenging to say the least to feel great one week and then feel like shit the next, but it’s not stopping me one bit. Just need to remindful of my health and pay attention to my body when these things happen and make sure i don’t hurt myself in the process.
