Hey guys! i’m back with another at home workout, this time I have a very special someone that makes a guest appearance! Today i’m doing squats with a safety bar & Pin good-mornings I do these simply because I have a quad weakness relative to my hamstrings & glutes. So enough talking, let’s get right into it!
