Hey Guys, so today I did an upper body workout. I was very conscious of my back, I’m not feeling 100% today. My back feels a bit tighter than usual so I don’t wan’t to overdue anything that can really add stress to it. This is all part of the recovery process. I’ll have days where this can happen so most likely I will avoid squats this week just as a precaution to not create any greater damage.
