I am making this video response due to popular request as well as Quest Nutrition themselves who inquired with me asking what I thought of the video. I gave them my honest feedback and they encouraged me to make a video. I have great respect for a company that can admit when they’ve made a mistake. As many of you can guess, I was not a big fan of the original video and found many portions cringe worthy, but it wasn’t completely inaccurate, so in this video I discuss what was wrong with it and also what was correct and in what context.
