Layne continues to practice the new squat bracing techniques Brad Couillard taught him in episode 1. He still needs a lot of time to perfect it, but is slowly getting used to it. In this session, Layne squats 375 lbs for 2×5, benches 330 lbs for 4×3, and rack pulls 515 lbs for 2×5. He’s not trying to rush anything and is slowly building up in intensity and volume. Brick by brick, Layne is making his way back to the powerlifting platform.
