Barbell shrugs are not as easy as they sound. Make sure you are doing yours correctly with IFPA and NGA pro Paul Revelia

  • Dont let your shoulders take over
  • Don’t let your elbows pull
  • Treat your arms as hooks
  • Engage your trapezius by pulling up towards the top of your neck
  • Use straps if your grip is weak or your forearms begin to feel fatigued before your traps
