A recent interview of Dr. Mark Hymen by Mikkhaila Peterson made various claims about dairy intake that are simply NOT true. Hymen claimed that 75% of people were lactose intolerant (false) and that dairy could increase inflammation (false) and various other false health claims about dairy. In this video we will specifically focus on his claims of 75% of the population being lactose intolerant and dairy’s effects on inflammation

Casein does not increase inflammation or alter gut microbiota:
