While I was in Australia at the Ultimate Evidence-Based Conference, I heard James Krieger give the BEST talk on the mechanisms of muscle hypertrophy. In his talk, he brought up a new concept called exertion load and how it could be a better way of predicting muscle growth. In this video, I break down what it is and it’s possible applications.
